Florida’s beautiful and gentle sandhill cranes could soon be caught in crosshairs of hunters If the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) approves a hunter’s request for the opportunity to kill the migratory bird which is listed by the State as a threatened species on the FWC’s website. We are asking the FWC to repeal this pretentious request to kill sandhill cranes.
